2. Zuma Dubai
Why Zuma Dubai? For a certain public accustomed to the tables of chefs, Zuma is likely to be the Restaurant guide of "too much". Too big, too trendy, too design, too marketed, too many choices to the cards or too expensive ... in short, a restaurant with too much of uniqueness! They will not be completely wrong but without passing through the unmistakable Zuma box, they will deprive themselves of a moment of pure pleasure. Much more than a mere industrialized concept (let's not forget that the brand was first created in London before exporting to the four corners of the world), Zuma perfectly embodies the best of both worlds in terms of Catering: the informal and generous approach of a casual restaurant on one side.
3. Vesna Restaurant & Lounge
Why Vesna Restaurant & Lounge? Vesna Restaurant & Lounge is one of the best restaurants Dubai can always boast of having. The whole environment is perfected with a unique style. A very amazing place with a nice atmosphere.
4. COYA Dubai
Why COYA Dubai? Difficult to find a restaurant in Dubai that is not affiliated with a foreign chef, preferably world famous, an internationally renowned concept or sign. Coya is no exception to the rule. But unlike many of its competitors (Nobu, Zuma, Hakkasan, La Petite Maison...), this name remains largely known in Dubai. After the first address in Mayfair, Coya duplicated his London success in Dubai with an unprecedented magnitude. The result is up to expectations. Great decor, impeccable plates.
5. Jean Georges Kitchen (Restaurant Village, Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach)
Yet another address signed Jean-Georges Vongerichten, the Alsatian most famous on the planet (three stars for its flagship New York and thirty restaurants worldwide. The concept of the place oscillates between casual chic and fine dining influences (egg-caviar or scallops, caramelized cauliflower are classics of the chef's repertoire) which allows one to eat very well while avoiding the service A gastrointestinal disorder. Jean Georges Kitchen is definitely sure bet.
6. Pierchic (Al Sufouh Rd, Al Qasr at Madinat Jumeirah)
Situated at the end of a wooden jetty rising above the blue waters of the Persian Gulf, Pierchic is the most beautiful restaurant in the Madinat Jumeirah, a huge hotel complex inspired by an ancient Arab citadel. Known to be one of the most romantic restaurants in the city (walking entwined on the pier is reminiscent of the Maldives), Pierchic is stormed by couples in the evening. Take the opposite of the trend, put on your most beautiful sunglasses and go lunch and/or brunch. Without forgetting your CB or your lifejacket, the addition of Pierchic lead could sink you for good (the seafood spaghetti are displayed at 375 AED or almost 100 €.
7. Eauzone (One & Only Royal Mirage at Arabian Court - Al Sufouh Rd, Jumeirah Rd)
Eauzone is one of the most charming restaurants in the chic Royal Mirag, the splendid One & Only resort that stretches over a kilometer of private beach, not far from Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. As laid on the water, this Asian fusion table (the Thai and Japanese influences dominate the menu) delivers the promised experience of being able to dine peacefully in one of the most beautiful areas of Dubai - Royal Mirage stretch over 26 hectares - and just steps from the beach.
